Do clients need a password?

No. Clients open a secure magic link from their invite email, land on their checklist, and can submit documents without creating another password.

Yes. DocuCollect is designed for RGPD requirements, with tenant isolation and private storage in European data centers so client documents and personal data stay in the EU.
