This is the same interface real companies and clients use, with two differences: everything happens in your browser, and nothing you do here reaches a server. Switch to the Company tab to see how a reviewer works through a checklist — approving clean documents, rejecting ones that need a fix, and leaving a comment explaining why. Switch to the Client tab to see the other side: a plain checklist with clear status on every item, and no login screen beyond the one you already used to open this page.
The goal is to let you feel the review loop — approve, reject, comment, re-upload — before you commit to setting up a workspace. What a five-minute sandbox can't show you is everything that happens around it in production: magic-link invitations, item history across weeks of back-and-forth, and files stored privately per company. The sections below cover what's simulated here versus what the real product does.
How to use this sandbox

Start as the company
Open the Company tab to see the review desk for a sample mortgage application. Approve an item, reject another, and add a comment explaining what's missing — this is exactly what a reviewer does on a real checklist.

Switch to the client view
Open the Client tab to see the same checklist from the other side. Rejected items show your comment; approved items are locked in. Try the upload dropzone — it records a file name only, nothing is sent anywhere.

Reset and try it again
Use Reset demo at any time to put the sample checklist back to its starting state. There's no limit on how many times you can run through the loop before deciding whether it fits your workflow.
What's real, and what's simulated here

- Here: The dropzone records a file name only — no bytes leave your browser.
- Live product: Real uploads go to private, per-company storage in the EU, accessible only to invited reviewers.
- Client sign-in
- Here: You switch roles with a tab — no email, no link.
- Live product: Clients sign in with a magic link sent to their email; no password is ever created.
- Review history
- Here: Actions reset the moment you leave or refresh the page.
- Live product: Every approve, reject, and comment is timestamped and kept on the item, so a colleague can pick up a matter without asking what happened.

- Is this the whole product?
- It's the core review loop — approve, reject, comment, re-upload — on a single sample checklist. The real product adds templates, magic-link invites, multiple companies and clients, reminders, and item history across an entire engagement.
- Do I need to sign up to try the demo?
- No. The sandbox above works with no account and nothing is saved. Signing up is only needed when you want to send a real checklist to a real client.
- What happens to files I drop in the demo?
- Nothing. The dropzone reads the file name to simulate an upload and discards the rest — no file ever leaves your browser or reaches a server.
- How long does it take to set up the real thing?
- Most companies send their first checklist within a few minutes of signing up: pick a template or build one, invite a client by email, and the client receives a magic link immediately.
